Hair & Care CIC is proud to announce the success of The Art of Session Hairstyling Masterclass, in association with Anna Cofone. 15 participants, including salon owners, aspiring session hairstylist and salon hairdressers, joined Anna for a 2-day immersive experience on 6th and 7th November.

A percentage of the funds generated from the Masterclass was donated to support Hair & Care's mission to empower blind and low vision women and girls in their journey of self-care through hair care. This contribution continued to reduce isolation, build confidence and increase self-esteem within the blind and partially sighted community.

With over 15 years experience in the fashion and music industry, Anna Cofone shared key knowledge and experiences from her career. The two-day experience not only provided a behind-the-scenes look at music videos, fashion shoots & shows and advertising campaigns, but also offered the opportunity for participants to be selected to join Anna's AW24 Fashion Week backstage team based on their skills and potential demonstrated during the masterclass.

Hair & Care CIC would like to thank all the supporters of the Masterclass including Tribute Magazine, JJ Media Group, N5 Catering, Denman Brushes, Authentic Beauty Concept and Emma Matell for helping to make this event a reality.

Hair & Care CIC will continue to support the visually impaired community and look for different ways to make the hair industry more accessible.
